All orders ship direct from our farm in El Retiro, Antioquia, Colombia via FedEx International Priority Delivery.

How We Ship

All orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority Delivery (IPD) directly from our farm. Your flowers are cut, hydrated, packed, and dispatched within 1 business day of your order.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C. only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories.

Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
  • Shipping destination: United States only

Shipping Cost

Shipping is included in the product price. There are no hidden fees.

Order Cutoff

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.

Packaging

Flowers are shipped in a custom white box (90 x 14 x 13 cm) designed to protect stems and blooms throughout the journey.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a FedEx tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.

Product Availability

Most varieties ship year-round. Light Blue hydrangeas may be naturally grown or color-tinted depending on seasonal availability. Both are grown or processed on our farm using floral-safe methods, and color-tinted stems are virtually indistinguishable from naturally grown ones in appearance and quality.
