How We Ship

All orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority Delivery (IPD) directly from our farm in El Retiro, Antioquia, Colombia. Your flowers are cut, hydrated, packed with a cold gel pack, and dispatched within 1 business day of your order.

Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
  • Shipping destination: United States only

Shipping Cost

Shipping is included in the product price. There are no hidden fees.

Order Cutoff

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.

Packaging

Flowers are shipped in a custom white box (90 x 14 x 13 cm) with a cold gel pack to maintain freshness during transit. The box is designed to protect stems and blooms throughout the journey.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a FedEx tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.

Freshness Guarantee

If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition due to shipping, contact us at hello@primeflowers.shop within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
