About the Product

What do I get in each box?

Each box contains 12 stems of fresh-cut Select White Premium hydrangeas from our farm in El Retiro, Antioquia, Colombia. Blooms are over 7 inches wide with 60 cm stems.

How long will the flowers last?

With proper care, your hydrangeas will last 7–10 days. Trim the stems at an angle, place them in a clean vase with fresh water, and keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.

Do I need to do anything when the flowers arrive?

Yes — as soon as your box arrives, unpack the flowers, trim 2–3 cm off the stems at a diagonal, and place them in water immediately. This maximizes their lifespan.

Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

3–5 business days from the day your order ships via FedEx IPD.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Not at this time. If you need flowers for a specific event, we recommend ordering at least 7 business days in advance to allow buffer time.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a physical address.

Quality & Returns

What if my flowers arrive damaged?

Contact us at hello@primeflowers.shop within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged flowers. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Can I return my order?

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us and we will find a solution.
