Every box of Prime Flowers hydrangeas is backed by our full freshness guarantee. If your flowers do not arrive in perfect condition, we will make it right — no questions asked.
What We Guarantee
- Arrival condition: Your flowers will arrive fresh, hydrated, and ready to bloom. Stems will be intact and blooms will be tightly closed or gently open — never wilted or damaged.
- Farm-direct freshness: Flowers are cut and packed within 24 hours of your shipment leaving Colombia.
How Long Will They Last?
With proper care, fresh hydrangeas can thrive for up to 7–10 days. However, longevity depends on the conditions in your home — temperature, water freshness, placement, and exposure to air currents all play a role. If Something Is Wrong
Contact us at hello@primeflowers.shop within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the flowers as received
We will send a full replacement box or issue a complete refund — your choice. No return shipping required.
The 24-hour window exists because transit damage must be documented at arrival. Claims submitted after this window cannot be evaluated.
What Is Not Covered
- Flowers left unattended outdoors or in extreme heat or cold after delivery
- Reduced longevity due to improper care after unboxing (no water, direct sunlight, heat sources, strong air currents)
- Claims submitted more than 24 hours after the delivery timestamp
- Normal aging beyond the arrival guarantee period
